Security of your payment
We use Wix Payment gateway to receive payment when you place orders on website. This is because Wix complies with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS).
The PCI DSS is the highest information security standard for organizations or companies that accept credit card payments worldwide. The standard provides protection of the privacy and confidentiality of the card's data used to complete the online transaction.
PCI Compliance helps to create a secure payment environment to reduce the chances of credit card fraud cases. In addition, it ensures that the data for each payment is stored securely in a tamper-proof manner.
With Wix Payment, we accept debit/credit cards, Apple Pay, Tap to Pay on iPhone and Android, Google Pay, and other popular payment methods.

Shipping and Returns Policy
All your orders from Graceful T-shirts are packed and shipped by Printful Inc., Westlake Dr. Charlotte, North Carolina as soon as they are made. Printful has fulfilment centers worldwide and your orders are shipped from the facility nearest to your location to help reduce shipping cost for all our customers.
As a general rule of thumb, all our products are packaged in paper or plastic mailers or cardboard boxes. Depending on local supply availability, packaging can be made of recycled, partially recycled, or virgin materials. Whenever needed, we use clear mailers, tissue paper, foam pouches, or bubble wrap to protect products from breaking or scratching.
The most commonly used packaging in our facilities is a post-consumer recycled (PCR) plastic mailer. If there’s more than one product, after putting each item in its own separate transparent polymer bag, we then place them all together in a PCR polymer mailer. The amount of PCR in the packaging differs for each fulfillment location, but it’s at least 50% for the outside (white or grey) poly mailer bags and at least 30% for the inside (clear) bags used in multi-item shipments.
How are products shipped me?
Once you make a purchase on Graceful T-shirts' online store, our shipping carrier partners will deliver your products. We partner with all the major ecommerce logistics companies, notably USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, Canada Post, Australia Post, and Royal Mail.
But to ensure better shipping times, we also collaborate with many smaller regional shipping carriers, for example, Latvijas Pasts (Latvia Post), to ship orders that we produce in Printful facilities in Latvia.
Our goal isn’t to make a profit from shipping. So we always choose carriers that have the best value for money for shipping your orders, depending on the delivery location and product type.
Note that when you make a bulk purchase, after the first item, other items are shipped at 50% discount.
Who pays the shipping cost and when will I get my order?
You, the customer pays the full shipping cost of products purchased from Graceful Tshirts.
It usually takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:

USA: 3–4 business days

Europe: 6–8 business days

Australia: 2–14 business days

Japan: 4–8 business days

International: 10–20 business days
Will I pay customs' duty for my order?
An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so, please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.
Our Returns policy
Our order fulfilment partner, Printful takes all orders through a 3-step quality check before they are shipped out to you. However, if a damaged or mislabeled item was accidentally let through the quality control, or the product was damaged during shipment, we will take full responsibility and provide a free replacement.
If you received a damaged or mislabeled item, (which is very rare), you must contact us on care@gracefultshirts.com with the pictures of the damaged/mislabeled product, its labels and tracking number within 7 days of receiving the product.
0We will guide you on the address to return the product to for a free replacement.
We don’t offer exchanges of sizes and colors because our products are produced specifically on demand. If you want a different size or color, you'll have to place a new order. But if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at care@gracefultshirts.com.
It's advised that you use our product sizing chart available for every product, in the description section to select the appropriate size and color of the product you want. This would enable you avoid ordering the wrong size.
In any case, if you want to return your ordered item for whatever reason, you must contact us first at care@gracefultshirts.com and we will guide you and let you know the address to return the item to.
Refunds
Refunds are only offered to customers who received the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these reasons apply, please contact us at care@gracfultshirts.com with photos of the wrong/damaged item as well as the tracking numbers within 7 days of receiving the items and we’ll replace it at no extra cost for you.
Wrongly ordered sizes or colors won’t be eligible for refunds. We make everything on demand, so requesting a size exchange would mean producing an entirely new product. Please use our product sizing chart available on every product's description section to select the appropriate size you want.
Order failed to deliver
If our carrier isn’t able to deliver your items because of wrong/illegible address, or if the package was unclaimed by you, it’ll be returned to the facility that sent them out. When that happens, Graceful T-shirts will contact you to confirm your address for us to re-ship the item to you.
Note that you'll have to pay for the cost of re-shipping the item to you. In order to avoid this sort inconvenience:

Please be careful and double-check that you’ve added the correct address during check-out.

Make sure the city in the address matches its ZIP code, use this USPS ZIP code lookup to confirm your ZIP code.
Order lost in transit
All our items shipped out by Printful Inc., our fulfilment partner have tracking numbers on them to know their location at all times. However, If it’s past the estimated delivery date and you haven’t received your order, take the following steps:

Double-check the shipping address you used for this order. Let us know if it was correct or send us the updated address.

If the address was correct and your package still hasn’t arrived. We'll check the shipment's logs and if it's marked "Delivered", then you'll need to do more checks because at times, packages might be left in unexpected locations. We advise you get in touch with your local post office to see if your order is there. You can also check with your neighbors to ask if they might have seen your package.

If the address you used was wrong, then the package will be sent back to us and we’ll contact you for an updated address. In this case, you will bear the cost of re-shipping the item to you.
If all these fail, it means the item is lost in transit. Then you’ll have to submit a new address to enable us replace the item with a new order at no cost to you.
