Introduction
Expert Tips to Preserve Your Apparel, Accessories, and Home Goods.
The custom print clothing materials and other apparel you acquire from us are printed by Printful Inc. in the United States or any Printful outlet in Europe and other countries nearest to you. Different printing technologies such as direct-to-garment, direct-to-film, embroidery and sublimation are used.
Therefore, the following sections set out various instructions for caring for your custom print T-shirts, hoodies, caps, swimwears, blankets, pillow cases, towels, bags, shoes and mugs.
Direct-To-Garment (DTG) Printing Technology
We use the latest direct-to-garment (DTG) printing technology to offer a wide variety of printable garments and design color options. We use high-quality inks that won't fade for a long time if you take proper care of them using these easy to follow instructions.
Keep in mind that the original manufacturer's care instructions don't consider the DTG printing process.
So we suggest you follow the care instructions on this page to learn how to properly take care of your printed garments.
Printed apparel can be machine-washed cold, inside-out on a gentle cycle with a mild detergent and like colors. Use non-
chorine bleach only when necessary. You shouldn't use any fabric softeners and never dry-clean the items. The leaflet in your purchase package will indicate the type of printing technology used on your item.
DTG-printed apparel can be tumble-dried on a low cycle, but hang-dry works best. When it comes to ironing, use cool iron inside-out. Never you iron the prints.
Follow these instructions carefully to avoid fading and cracking of the prints and shrinking of the garment that can occur if you wash or dry it on a high setting.
Direct-To-Film (DTF) Printing Technology
We use the latest direct-to-film (DTF) printing technology to offer high-quality prints that will maintain great color and vibrancy over a long time — even exceeding the color fastness of the garment itself.
Again, keep in mind that the original manufacturer’s care instructions don’t consider the DTF printing process.
So we suggest you follow the care instructions on this page to learn how to properly take care of your printed garments.
DTF printed apparel can be machine-washed cold just like its DTG counterpart, inside-out on a gentle cycle using your washer’s recommended amount of detergent. You shouldn’t use any fabric softeners.
It can be tumble-dried on a low cycle, however air drying is preferred for the prints to last longer. When it comes to ironing, use a cool iron inside-out. Don’t iron the prints.
Follow these instructions carefully to avoid fading and cracking of the prints, and shrinking the garment that can occur if you wash or dry it on a high setting.

Embroidered Apparel
Embroidered apparel can be machine-washed cold as well, inside-out on a gentle cycle with a mild detergent and like colors. You can use a small amount of chlorine bleach, but non-chlorine is the safer option.
If you notice any color residue in water, rinse the garment in lukewarm water and then in cold water several times.
But try not to rub any stained embroidery against itself or against other fabrics. Embroidered clothing can also be dry-cleaned.
After washing, don't leave the clothing to soak or lie in a pile while it is wet.
Don't wring out the embroidered items, but if you want to tumble-dry them, use a cool air setting. If the garment needs ironing, do it inside-out, preferably between two pieces of cloth. You shouldn't wet embroidery before ironing and don't use a steam iron.
Embroidered Hats, Backpacks and Shoes
Embroidered hats, backpacks and shoes can be wiped clean with a damp cloth in the spots where it’s needed. If necessary, hats and shoes can be hand-washed cold.
Don’t use brushes to clean them.

From here you can explore our specially designed mugs for your special occasions. See our mugs that bear your name and names of your loved ones.
They are a takeaway for your special delight.
Posters and Canvas
To ensure that your posters and canvas last for a long time, don’t keep them in direct sunlight or outdoors. Sunlight can discolor any prints no matter the quality of the printing technology used. They can be gently dusted with a soft dry cloth or a feather duster.
Phone Cases
To clean a phone case, remove the case from your phone. Add a little mild soap to water, and dampen a cloth or sponge with it. With the damp cloth, rub your case gently in circles. Let your case air-dry at room temperature.
Don’t clean your phone case with any alcohol-based products as they can remove the ink and discolor the case.
Stainless Steel Water Bottle
Hand-wash only (dishwasher not recommended due to vacuum seal). Dishwasher can cause prints to chip and the vacuum seal to become ineffective. The high heat from the dishwasher cycle can damage the seals and components responsible for the vacuum
insulation, potentially causing leaks or compromising its temperature retention capabilities; essentially, the extreme heat can warp or melt the seal material, making it less effective. They are simply cleaned with a mixture of hot water and soap. A Bottle brush is a great tool to ensure your custom print bottle is as clean as the day you got it!
Wooden Ornaments
Use a damp cloth to wipe the Wooden Ornaments clean.
Yoga Mat
To eliminate unpleasant odors, fill a spray bottle with water and add a few drops of essential oil like tea tree. Spray the mat and dry it with a towel.
Gently wipe a dirty or stained mat with a dry towel. For deeper cleaning, use a towel soaked in mild soap and water and clean the mat thoroughly. Then, let the mat air dry or use a dry towel.
